Gaining & Retaining Talent Workshop
This workshop is a collaborative session, custom to Sun Tan City's culture, processes & systems. It will uncover the challenges that are preventing the retention of new hires and create a trackable plan of action that will be implemented as a long term solution. Upon completion of the workshop, attendees will receive a formal summary of their plan that can be a guide for all leaders to maintain momentum, and stay on track. The goal is to create a high-functioning, positive culture, that inspires and empowers the team to be results focused.
